SITE DETAILS
Riverside Gardens is a picturesque site on the bank of the River Meden in the heart of Sherwood Forest, with its clear waters and enchanting wildlife it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Central to the site is the toilet block and unisex disabled facility, toilet waste disposal unit and a washing up area. There are canoeing docks for easy access to the narrow river for your canoes and kayaks & there are many picnic tables built on stages by the river where you can look down and see the fish and other wildlife go by! A secure fenced area is provided for dogs to exercise. It is a short walk to the village on one of the many public footpath and bridleways. Good cycle access to Clumber Park . The local village hall serves as a pub over the weekend and serves food on Fridays. The site is 5 mins away from the A1.

Easy free launch for canoes and kayaks.
DIRECTIONS
On the A614 traffic island North of Ollerton, go east signed Bothamsall, go through the village, the site is on the right after 300 metres.

Only a limited number of pitches are available so early booking is recommended.
